📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead initiatives to improve employee well-being and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and culture building.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
