📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to streamline fleet operations.,Manage fuel and maintenance schedules to minimize costs and downtime.,Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Handle administrative tasks related to fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
