📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are delivered as per company policy,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills🛠️ Keahlian
