HRD STAFF (ENGLISH SPEAKER)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and documents.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Support the HR department in complying with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a beauty or wellness industry.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Valid ID card and able to work in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
