🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and claims processing
- Proficient in using billing software such as Eclipsys, Meditech, or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and reimbursement processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
