Sehati Dewi Bakery is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of our products, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our bakery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and digital collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
