📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and opportunities.,Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
