As an Account Officer, you will be the face of Astra Insurance, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, Kuta, and surrounding areas. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, Kuta, and surrounding areas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
Present and explain insurance products to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, attending training and seminars as needed.
Use CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage client interactions and sales data.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
