📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Indonesian citizenship or work permit for Semarang.
