📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to plan and organize training events.,Provide support to employees in their professional development.,Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall training strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
