PT Inti Fajar is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and crew.,Plan and execute navigation routes, considering weather conditions, tides, and other factors.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems to ensure they are in proper working order.,Conduct regular safety drills and ensure compliance with all maritime safety regulations.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Communicate effectively with shore-based personnel and other vessels to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other operational metrics.,Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License) and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ECDIS, ARPA, and other advanced navigation systems.
