📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals aligned with company objectives.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Manage departmental budget, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Collaborate with other departments to drive overall company performance and growth.,Represent the department at company meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving departmental performance.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
