📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasting and financial planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Work with the production team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using SAP and other financial software.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance staff, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
