In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and record all financial transactions accurately using SAP and Oracle systems.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the budgeting process and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit financial documents for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in financial meetings and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Insurance & Pension Fund sector.
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
