📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the collections process for outstanding balances, including identifying, contacting, and negotiating with debtors
• Utilize collections software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage accounts receivable
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout the collections process
• Collaborate with the financial services team to develop and implement collections strategies
• Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance and trends
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in collections management
• Assist in training new team members on collections processes and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collections policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
