📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily baking operations, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently.
- Develop and implement new recipes and baking techniques to meet customer demands and trends.
- Train and mentor junior bakers to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Source and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies for the bakery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to integrate bakery products into the overall dining experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and pricing.
- Represent Chroma Hospitality at industry events and culinary competitions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a bakery or similar culinary environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing bakery operations and teams.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread, pastry, and dessert preparation.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Experience with bakery management software (e.g., Toast, Square, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and culinary artistry.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
