Rejeki Sari Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
