📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in the development and execution of HR strategies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
