Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain accurate sales records and financial reports,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets,Assist in managing cash and inventory,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good knowledge of Indonesian language,Basic computer skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
