Cemerlang Healthcare is seeking a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their HR skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
