📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships with key clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
