📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.,Provide financial advice and insights to support business decisions.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
