📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics flow,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements,Manage and train logistics staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
