📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth running of the cafe.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Prepare and present daily reports on sales and operations.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Support the team during peak hours to ensure high customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs.,Assist in planning and organizing events or promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven ability to work well in a team environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and local customs is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
