📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Update customer records in HubSpot to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market changes.
• Provide regular reports on call activities, leads generated, and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
