📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and mentor production staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the production area.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.,Work closely with the management team to improve production processes.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Proven track record of managing production teams and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
