📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.,Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
