📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.,Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Monitor and optimize the performance of the IT systems.,Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.,Experience with networking technologies and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
