Indonesia Garment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
