📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by maintaining proper inventory and following strict hygiene and safety protocols.,Mentor and train junior pastry chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.,Monitor and manage food costs to ensure profitability.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Conduct regular quality checks and taste tests to ensure product excellence.,Manage and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field.,Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Experience in managing a team and mentoring junior staff.
