📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.,Identify and document quality issues and defects, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Experience with quality control software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
