📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized shopping area,Promote products and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Good knowledge of English or Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to lift and carry heavy items
