📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the company's global business objectives.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the most competitive terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing strategies into overall business operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing and supply chain management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Represent ASMPT at industry events and conferences to network and build strategic partnerships.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of success in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools, including but not limited to, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement metrics.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
