📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Write and maintain API documentation,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and changes,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex information clearly,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with documentation standards and best practices

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareConfluenceor similar)Markdown or HTML for web-based documentationExperience with version control systems (e.g.Git)Ability to create and edit diagrams and illustrationsFamiliarity with API documentation tools and standards
