• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options in both Mandarin and English.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all documents and records are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of service and professionalism at all times.
• Assist with special events and promotions, such as welcome drinks and group check-ins.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
