• Develop and implement strategic HR programs to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Design and manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
• Utilize HRIS systems like BambooHR and Workday to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging HR trends to continuously improve HR strategies and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in strategic talent development and organizational growth.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and experience with tools like BambooHR and Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
