📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production team.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high production standards.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Manage equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.,Train and mentor production operators to improve their skills and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing production teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
