📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and electrical projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, construction, or electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and electrical project management principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
