📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining Stripe's revenue foundations.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to ensure that our products are meeting customer needs.
  • Drive innovation and best practices in engineering and product development.
  • Mentor and develop engineers to help them grow their careers.
  • Ensure that our engineering processes and tools are scalable and efficient.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience with building and scaling revenue operations.
