• Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and ensure the store is well-organized and appealing to customers.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Perform inventory checks and updates using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Assist in promotional activities and special events.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the store manager to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of using Excel or Google Sheets for inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems like KasirPintar or similar software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
