• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our school by providing feedback and suggestions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional) and relevant educational standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Indonesian.

• Valid teaching certification or license, if required.
