- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records using Epic Systems and Meditech.
- Update and maintain patient information in PowerChart.
- Process and submit insurance claims and regulatory filings.
- Review and verify medical documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to the medical team in maintaining a high standard of documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure clear and concise documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in medical documentation or a related role.
- Certification in Medical Records or a related field (e.g., Certified Medical Records Specialist).
- Proficient in using Epic Systems, Meditech, and PowerChart.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
